Meta Data Deletion Instructions

ClickSling (operated by Ad Giants Ventures, LLC) lets you connect your Facebook Page and Meta advertising account so that ClickSling can create and manage the advertising you authorize. This page explains how to disconnect Meta from ClickSling and how to ask us to delete the Meta-related data we hold.
1. Disconnect Meta in ClickSling
Sign in to ClickSling, open the account menu and choose Connections (app.clicksling.com/setup/connections), then choose Disconnect next to Meta and confirm.
Disconnecting immediately removes the Meta authorization credential (access token) that ClickSling stored for that connection. After that, ClickSling can no longer act in, or read from, your Meta advertising account until you connect again.
2. What disconnecting does not do
- It does not delete advertising campaigns, ad sets or ads that were already created in your Meta advertising account. They belong to your account, and you keep full control of them in Meta Ads Manager — including pausing or ending them.
- After you disconnect, ClickSling can no longer show the status or performance of those campaigns, or pause or end them for you. Manage them directly in Meta.
- It does not remove ClickSling from your Meta settings. Disconnecting in ClickSling deletes the credential ClickSling held; the authorization you granted inside Meta is managed by Meta (see step 3).
3. Remove ClickSling in your Meta settings
You can also remove ClickSling's access from Meta's side at any time. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find ClickSling and choose Remove. Meta controls that setting and any records Meta keeps.
4. Ask us to delete remaining Meta-related data
If you would like us to delete the remaining Meta-related data that ClickSling holds for your account — for example, the names and identifiers of your connected Page and advertising account, and the campaign identifiers, delivery status and performance information ClickSling recorded — email support@adgiants.com from the email address on your ClickSling account, with the subject “Meta data deletion request”, and tell us the ClickSling account (and location, if any) it concerns.
We will confirm your request by email and let you know when it has been completed, including anything we are required to keep for legal, billing or security reasons.
